1. Rationale

The Department of Homeland Security has asked us to look at any updates to this E2601 Standard Practicenecessary, which they have purchased a license to distribute without cost to first-responders, as a result of the new NCRP 165 and updates in process to the NFPA 472 to ensure it is current and in alignment with any new concepts and practices reflected in these new documents.
