1. Rationale
A) Key curing material for Chlorobutyl Rubber recipe in the G65 method is no longer available (Ledate) due to EPA Regulations. Alternative cure agent/formula or material(Neoprene),needs to be tested and approved for future use. B) Reference material (D2) (Range for D2 is 365 mm3 for volume of material lost.) c) Procedure A results have been drifting (10% high last 10-15 years)ILS Scheduled.
