1. Rationale

At the time of original Inter Laboratory Study there was no accepted reference material data available for determining bias for this test method. Subsequently, the original test materials have been recovered and tested, thereby obtaining adequate data for bias determination. This ballot item adds bias data to the published precision and bias statement.
