1. Rationale
E290 (Standard Test Methods for Bend Testing of Material for Ductility) was recently revised and successfully balloted. It is current. However, some of the comments received from the previous ballot were thought to have merit. Therefore, additional changes/additions are being balloted here. The rest of E290 will remain unchanged.
