1. Rationale
The calculation for the theoretical density is currently shown in Note 2, as part of the Terminology section. The purpose of this ballot item is to relocate it to the Calculation section of the standard, because this value is used to calculate the gravimetric air content. Since all of the other calculations in section 7 are part of the report, the Theoretical Density is also added to the Report section.
