F770, section 4. I previously submitted discussion points on this section to another collaboration area but it may have been difficult to find and review. Therefore, I am creating a separate collaboration area to discuss this section. I will submit the original language, a proposed draft and some additional comments. Please review and add suggestions so we can discuss further at the meeting in February.
