WK31569 Revision of E2380 / E2380M - 09 Standard Test Method for Measuring Pavement Texture Drainage Using an Outflow Meter

1. Rationale

This revision is intended to fix the equation that relates MTD to outflow. The equation doesnt apply unless the MTD was obtained using the sand patch method (E965). MTD obtained using the NASA grease smear or CT Meter (E2157) methods must be converted prior to relating to outflow. Standard needs to be modified to note this and possibly to include conversion information.
