1. Rationale
The vibration test levels have not been revised or update for more than a decade. There is new transportation data available to support a revision to vibration profiles and test levels. The initial task of the Task Group will be to acquire corporate and published vibration data. Analysis of the data will determine the direction for a rewrite of the Schedule E for vibration testing of packages.
