1. Rationale

There has been a renewed interest in expanding the content of the language in Appendix X11 Guidelines for reassessment of lumber property values derived according to D1990 of the standard. Additional explanation of the criteria and general provisions for conducting reassessment of lumber property values developed by D1990 as time passes will be developed.
