1. Rationale
Add provisions for machining cylindrically shaped parts directly from hollow bar, pipe, and tube to 6.4.2, 6.4.3, 6.5 and 7.5 with update of Reference Standards in 2.2. Clarify 1.2 for new starting product forms and references. Clarify 6.4 to indicate that A182 forgings are seamless hot-worked forgings, bar, pipes, and tubes.
