1. Rationale
Sections 13.1 and 13.3 are modified so that the reporting requirements contained in the C692 and C871 test methods will be retained in the C795 documentation. Section 13.1.1 contains language that allows for materials that fail to meet the acceptable chemical analysis requirements to be possibly acceptable if the materials meet the C692 Corrosion Coupon test. This statement conflicts with Section 13.3 that states the analysis shall meet the Figure 1 acceptability requirements. The purpose of the statement in Section 13.1.1 could not be determined. The subcommittee ballot will remove that portion of Section 13.1.1.
