1. Rationale
To revise the A403 fitting specification to downgrade the minimum strength requirement for WP321H to a minimum yield of 25 ksi and a minimum tensile of 70 ksi which would make it the same as the requirements for A312 seamless pipe in thicknesses greater than 3/8.
