1. Rationale
The definition of water penetration does not reflect the expectations of the end user and is not coordinated with standards from other organizations (e.g., AAMA). This work group will likely collaborate on several ballots as it refines the definition. This work group is in conjunction with WK 27894 for E1105 and another work group for E547.
