The following changes are being proposed to D3690-05. These changes are being made as a result of discussion as the June meeting of D01.21. The changes relate to the addition of D7358 Standard Method for Water Content of Paints by Qualitative Calcium Hydride Reaction Test kit to the reference documents section and to Section 7 on Water Content.
