1. Rationale
This is revision B to accommodate the 3 negatives from D20.15 ballot (09-03) on project X15-1020 to clarify definitions as a result of changes in polyethylene manufacturing practices over the past 35 years which may have caused some confusion as to the interpretation and implementation of ASTM D3350. The WK number has been updated to utilize the latest D3350-10 in lieu of using WK12829 which used D3350-05.
