1. Rationale
Based upon an affirmative with comments from a previous ballot involving D3350-08 (project X15-1019) and the need to delete referenced documents that have been withdrawn, this project is to ballot the deletion of referenced ASTM Standards D1898 (withdrawn in 1998) and D5033 (withdrawn in 2007) from Section 2. Referenced Documents in ASTM D3350-10.
