WK29840 Revision of D7532 - 09 Standard Practice for Determination of Re-tack Ability of Carpet Adhesives

1. Rationale

Under item 11, Procedure, section 11.5 the time intervals expressed are 4 h, 12 h and 24 h. It is the recommendation of the task group to remove the 12 h time interval as it would be unlikely that this would be able actually be accomplished within a normal working day or period. The 4 h and 24 h would provide adequate results to identify the performance of the adhesive as it relates to this method.
