    1. Rationale

    Section 6.6 is unclear. A user could interpret it to mean that the air flow rate through the stack should be measured with the radiant panel ignited, which is not the intent. (A hot wire anemometer would not be accurate in that case and would likely be destroyed by the heat). The proposed new wording makes it clear that the flow rate should be measured before igniting the panel. Also, the current section 6.6 discusses the construction of the exhaust duct and measuring the flow rate. The proposed new wording places the sentence about measuring the flow rate into a subsection, new section 6.6.1.
