    1. Scope

    The scope of the work item is to develop a dynamic imaging standard in section E29 for use in D02 where the particle sizing instrumentation normally resides. Then use this core instrument information to write a specific test for fuel cleanliness the E29 document as a reference.

    The standard is needed in order to detect particle in fuels accurately with out complex and small samples which may not represent the fuel accurately . Using dynamic imaging water droplets,particles and gas can be detected and quantified and not interfere with the measurement of the other items being read
