1. Scope
The scope of this work item is involves all things needed to propose, test, draft and ballot the ASTM Research Report needed for full repeatability and Reproducibility. At the completion of the Research Report and associated precision statement, changes will be suggested to make ASTM D7647-10 entirely consistent with the new precision statement. In particular, the solvent options listed will be identified and associated with an associated precision.
ASTM D7416-10 includes a temporary precision statement based on a limited subset of solvents and instrument configurations.
