1. Rationale
A Task Group under D02.G0.05 jurisdiction has been working on improving the test precision of this standard. While many of the potential areas of improvement are likely benefit precision, there is also the potential likelihood that they might significantly affect test severity. Therefore the Task Group recommended that the revisions contained in this work item be restricted to clarification of the test method (i.e. the way the test is supposed to be run) and addressing ambiguities in the text.
