1. Rationale
Add a new 7% Ni grade of TMCP steel to this specification. Delete definition of TMCP in the Scope paragraph, since it is redundant with the definition of TMCP in A941-10a. Editorial chances included in this ballot as a result of comments received include: 1. Deleted reference to SR5 of A20 in SXX.1; 2. Deleted spurious words inadvertently inserted between SXX and SXY; 3. Revised titles of SXX and SXY to be the same as for S55 and S56 in A553; 4. Revised 6.3.5 to delete ASME figure and replace the figure with text with exactly the same requirements; and 5. Added new Note Y to Table 1, to permit the deletion of the word, max, and to explain the meaning of ellipses.
