1. Scope
A high-throughput biodecontamination method is proposed for quantitative efficacy determination of liquid disinfectants and gaseous fumigants with porous and non-porous coupons derived from building interior surfaces.
Existing standard methods are based on standard coupons, such as glass or steel, and were developed to process 6-12 samples per run. The proposed standard makes use of coupons derived from building interior surfaces and is proposed to process significantly larger sample size (100-200).
