WK27357 Revision of C173 / C173M - 09 Standard Test Method for Air Content of Freshly Mixed Concrete by the Volumetric Method

1. Rationale

Comments from a prior ballot item suggested that the description of the step function used for the alcohol content correction factor should be clarified. Text in Table 1 and Section 8.1 is revised to clarify that the volume of alcohol used is rounded to the nearest half liter (or full pint) prior to selecting the appropriate correction factor.
