1. Rationale
This is a two part work item. 1. Look into changing the dynamic puncture test from the current D5635 to possibly D 3746. There is concern the current puncture test is not consistent with results mostly due to the apparatus setup and impact edge. 2. We will start the process of discussing the addition of adding Tg testing to the annex portion of the Standard,round robin testing must be conducted.
