1. Rationale
For grade T11, successful trials made on several lots of product have shown that subcritical annealing (presently not permitted by the spec) permits to achieve the required mechanical properties and also to obtain creep rupture properties in line with those obtained with the permitted heat treatments. Then subcritical annealing should be permitted for grade T11.
