1. Rationale
During the reformat process for ASTM E 119, Dr. Marc Janssens submitted a negative on Main Committee Ballot E05 (08-01). Dr. Janssens negative contained two points which were not part of the ballot item. Dr. Janssens agreed to withdraw his negative provided these issues would be addressed in future ballots.
