1. Rationale
Several years ago it was decided by this committee to delete a reference to the NIST Handbook 44 from C94 because of a change to the handbook. However as a reult of this deletion we are finding that the scales at the ready mix plants are being checked to the weight limit. For this reason we need to put the reference to NIST Handbook 44 back into the specification.
