1. Rationale
The subcommittee has approved a revision to the wording in Section 6.8.5 of the Restraint System Section. The subcommittee was asked to revise and clarify the wording to clearly state the intent of the standard which is that the waist and crotch must be assembled to the high chair by the manufacturer before shipment of the product and there shall be no consumer assembly of the waist or crotch belt anchor points.
