1. Rationale
The fork fatigue test load and minimum cycle count are being revised to align with the CEN mountain bike test standard. Because of the difficulty in identifying structural failures in composite structures, the failure criteria for the bending fatigue test has been revised. All references to multiple test samples for a single test have been eliminated.
