1. Rationale
Related Sitework of E1557 was written to apply solely to Buildings (E1557). Now, with the advent of new, discrete, stand-alone elemental classifications in the UNIFORMAT II family a generic Related Sitwework classification is needed that can be used either stand-alone,or incorporated, with all current and future elemental UNIFORMAT II classifications. TARGET AMENDED TO CONCUR WITH WK 24251.
