1. Rationale

The CFR reference for the definition of flammable solids is incorrect. The current reference (16 CFR 1500.3 (c) (6) (i)) contains the definition for extremely flammable whereas 16 CFR 1500.3 (c) (6) (vi) contains the definition for flammable solid.
