1. Rationale
Section 7.10.2.2 For wire laths, it is impossible for a inch staple to engage three strands. Further, some wire laths are designed for staple applications to engage only one wire. Therefore, the language needs to be changed to differentiate between lath types and exclude wire laths from this requirement.
