    1. Scope

    This specification covers the basic design and function of stationary and mobile commercial cold food counters, mechancically refrigerated or ice cooled.

    This standard will be adopted by the government to replace cancelled government documents. It will be used by both commercial establishments and government agencies to procure safe and reliable equipment.
