1. Rationale

This standard is due for 5-year review/revison. The following improvements are being proposed: (1) replace Figure 1 valve diagram with a more common design; (2) replace Figure 2 chromatogram with a better example; (3) Delete current Footnote 4 as there is now more than one supplier of the TCEP column; (4) Delete current Footnote 6 and revise 15.2 to reference the NIST web site.
