1. Rationale
The purpose of the proposed revisions is to maintain E241. The first of the proposed revisions is to bring the expression of units in section 3.1.2.1 of the standard into compliance with Part H of the ASTM Blue Book. The other items concern revisions to section 5.5.3 (definition of capillary break), section 8.2.5.2 and section 8.6.
