1. Rationale

Revision to Section 1.4: Because many owner/operators desire the independent shade structure to be painted the same color as the play structure. In addition, the shade support frame is made from many of the same materials as the play structure. This exemption would only cover supports and products that fall outside the use zone and overhead obstruction zone.
