1. Scope
Creat a new standard for the measurement of heats and temperatures of transition by high rate (from 100 to 750 oC/min) differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
The experimental conditions and apparatus are sufficiently different from tradtional DSC to justify a new and separate standard.
