1. Rationale

Emcee Electronics Ltd. has developed a new model of MicroSeparometer, the Mark X. Following extensive lab testing which has demonstrated equivalency of the Mark X to the currently approved Mark V Deluxe model, a revision to D7224 will be balloted to include the Mark X model in the test method, and add a reference to Research Report XXXX which documents the laboratory testing and equivalency.
