1. Rationale

A concern regarding the analysis of the chemical composition and the use of E88 as a reference was discussed at the Nov 2007 committee meeting. This work item is opened to address the concensus of the committee meeting with a revision that eliminates E88 as a reference and emphasizes sampling during pouring as the preferred method to validate conformation of the chemical composition limits.
