1. Rationale
F 2291 has never contained requirements for Operator Controls - therefore as a place holder we are proposing that the current language in section 11 of F 1159-03a be added to F 2291-06a. A Task Group has been formed to review this langauge and propose further refinements to the requiements - these will be balloted at a later date.
