1. Rationale

E1316-07a, section B, Acoustic Emission: Need to update some definitions including, checking the use of Test and Examination. Also, adding a new term, Acoustic Emission burst, editing of existing E1316 terms, energy, AE signal and acoustic emission signal, continuous, and resubmission of the terms energy, acoustic emission event and felicity ration, both of which had negatives on the last ballot which were found persuasive.
