3) Add requirement that the manufacturer must provide the consumer with information relating to the recommended use zone for the product
4) Add section on use zones to better define where the impact attenuating materials are to be placed and to be consistent with the recommendations of the CPSC Outdoor Home Playground Safety Handbook
