1. Rationale

Revise to dual unit standard in accordance with The C9 Appendix X6Standard Units of Measurement By approval of Committee ballot in December 2003, it is the Committees policy to: Develop combined standards in accordance with Form and Style for ASTM Standards for standards under the Committees jurisdiction by January 2006, or Develop solely SI standards in accordance with Form and Style for ASTM Standards, at the option of each subcommittee. Add section on Terminology and Keywords.
