1. Scope
This standard will provide a standard means assess the security of a wide range of infrastructure assets against terrorist threats.
Ths standard is needed because there are currently no common standards for assessing the security of infrastructure assets. It wil lbe used by engineers, architects, security people, and asset owners for developing security plans.
