1. Scope
This standard guide will provide guidance for identifying standard practices, guides and specifications (as applicable) for surveillance by electronic, natural, and organized means.
This standard is needed because there is currently no guidance for developing site design for homeland security applications that includes means for enhanced surveillance. It will be used by architects, landscape architects, engineers, and end uses in both the public and private sectors.
