1. Scope
This standard guide will provide guidance for identifying standard specifications and guides for guard structures such as size, hardening, and external visibility.
This standard is needed because there is currently no guidance for designing guard structures for homeland security applications. It will be used by architects, landscape architects, engineers, and end uses in both the public and private sectors.
