1.1 This specification covers boxed facial tissue for purchasers, such as government agencies, school boards, and industry.
1.2 This specification covers virgin, recycled, and recycled content paper products (see X1.2).
1.3 The values stated in either inch-pound or SI units are to be regarded separately as the standard. The values given in parentheses are for information only.
