Research Report RR:E37-1038
This ASTM Research Report presents data from an interlaboratory study supporting ASTM E2584-07. It documents the evaluation of three different fire resistive materials, comprising a range of densities similar to those encountered in current construction. Specimens of each material were distributed to nine testing laboratories within the U.S. and Canada, for evaluation of thermal conductivity according to the ASTM E2584 standard practice. This data was used to prepare an interlaboratory precision statement for the existing standard.
