Research Report RR:D13-1108
An interlaboratory test was run in 1994 through 1995 in which randomly-drawn samples were tested in five difference laboratories as directed in D2261. Two operators in each laboratory each tested eight specimens of each material. Four of the eight specimens were tested on one day and four specimens were tested on the second day.
